Artisan Photography is the creation of Andrej Kadacik and Michela F. D’Addario.

Artisan reflects the third generation of family successfully providing world-class professional photography.

In the 1950’s, Michela’s grandfather and father ran a famous photographic studio in Rome called Universal Pictures. Universal Pictures was an industry leader consistently providing fresh and innovative images and ideas that regularly set new benchmarks for the professional photographic world.

Universal Pictures became famous for it’s natural yet glamorous images of celebrities as well as being the studio to dramatically change the face of family portraiture by capturing images away from the stilted cold studio environment.

Andrej and Michela are passionate about continuing to uphold a family reputation for creativity and excellence and are therefore not interested in Artisan being at the “shoot and burn” end of the market. Artisan is positioned to providehigh-end photography at competitive fees. The best of both worlds!

Andrej is the principal photographer of Artisan. Growing up in Europe with his camera as his constant companion, Australia has been his dominant source of inspiration for the past 8 years.

Andrej lives in Noosa, on the Sunshine Coast, with his wife Michela. If he’s not shooting a wedding, you’re likely to find him surfing local point breaks, or patrolling Noosa Main Beach as an active SLSC member.

Andrej has fast developed a reputation for his passion, artistry, care and generosity.
